OAG Quality Management System (QMS) has been developed to comply with regulatory industry standardization, statutory and customer quality requirements for services provided by OAG. The QMS describes OAG’s commitment to constantly provide quality services, meeting customer requirements and enhancing customer satisfaction. OAG is fully accredited with the current ISO standards and is fully committed in maintaining the level of quality that our customer require.

Safety

OAG has rolled out “NO OPPORTUNITY FOR HARM” and “ZERO MEDICAL TREATMENT CASE’’ campaign throughout our organisation to prioritise the safety of each person with the ultimate aim of everyone going home safely every day, free from injury or ill health. The campaign empowers all employees in taking personal responsibility for the safety of themselves and others.

OAG has achieved the international standard of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 with more efficient use of resources and reduction of waste, gaining a competitive advantage and the trust of stakeholders.

Environment

OAG has adopted a management system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

OAG have assessed and evaluated the environmental impact and risks arising from our operations, in order to protect the environment and provide the necessary resources to ensure controls are maintained to prevent pollution.

OAG have developed a programme of management improvement plans that ensures continual improvement of the company’s performance by reducing waste within the business, conserving energy and reducing CO2 emissions. To achieve this, OAG fully assesses all operations and determines controls necessary to reduce risk, ensures employees are correctly trained, buildings and equipment are adequately serviced and maintained to a high standard.
